I hold a B.A. in Creative Writing from Johns Hopkins University and an M.A. in Cinema & Media Studies from the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television.
I grew up on the East Coast where flowers are fleeting and fruit-bearing trees are fairytale stuff. California's year-round wonder is not lost on me. I believe that creating sincere, engaging stories is some kind of magic.
